Mobility Management Transportation Advocate (MMTA)

The Rural Health Network of South Central New York (RHNSCNY) seeks a full-time Mobility Management Transportation Advocate MMTA. The MMTA will work with Getthere, a one-stop transportation assistance call center, providing case management, information and referral, trip planning and transportation education services. The MMTA will serve with the Getthere team to improve access for those that face transportation barriers, including the elderly, people with disabilities, and the rural population. This is a 40 hour per week position with benefits. Minimum Qualifications: Customer or direct service experience, business computing and problem solving skills.

Transportation to Employment Coordinator (TTE Coordinator)

The Rural Health Network of SCNY is seeking a full-time Transportation to Employment (TTE) Coordinator. The TTE Coordinator is responsible for the development of transportation to employment capacity for Getthere, our mobility & transportation program. The TTE Coordinator will establish vanpool and ridesharing services. Responsibilities of the TTE Coordinator include project development, management and outreach. Candidates for this position must have relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and relevant skills and experience.

Customer Service Associate (CSA)

The Rural Health Network of South Central New York (RHNSCNY) is seeing a full time Customer Service Associate (CSA). The CSA will provide excellent customer service for both external and internal customers. The CSA is the initial point of most public contact via telephone or walk-ins. Additional duties include purchasing office supplies and acting as point of contact for I.T. contractor. Responsibilities may increase or become more specialized depending on performance and skills. Candidate must demonstrate excellence in customer service, good organizational and problem solving skills and ability to support a wide range of agency and program activities.
